Last Saturday, July 20th, the temperature hit 95 degrees Fahrenheit by midday. In other words, it was the perfect time to complete a “super-fast” triathlon, right?
In retrospect, maybe the heat was best suited to the swimming portion of the New Jersey State® Triathlon, but David Silverstein, partner at Lependorf & Silverstein, P.C., had already committed to swimming, biking, and running the race. Tickets sell out well in advance every year for this event, and he had no intention of turning back. Read the rest »

For the amazing students of New Jersey, we again offered a $500 scholarship for post-secondary educational expenses, like tuition and books and housing. Last year, Lependorf & Silverstein, P.C., had a blast putting on a scholarship. We read almost 500 essays, and really love the guys we chose as our winners. In fact, we still keep in touch with them—see our update below!

We had so many impressive applications for our 2017 scholarship last year, that we at Lependorf & Silverstein, P.C., were almost nervous about being overwhelmed this year! We are proud to say that the Princeton Half Marathon on November 5 was a big success! As usual, the event sold out, and the maximum 1,750 runners ran, cheered on by hundreds of supporters. In their own words, they are “a health education and advocacy organization dedicated to ensuring every adolescent safe passage to adulthood by providing comprehensive sexuality education and promoting healthy relationships and supportive connections.” Read the rest »
